12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Spin Class Ride to the rhythm in our Spin Class, where you'll improve endurance and leg strength on stationary bikes, perfect for all fitness levels.
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Zumba Dance your way to fitness with Zumba, a fun, energetic workout that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pilates Focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment in our Pilates class, suitable for all fitness levels.
